TMI Luau Gala

A festive evening of fun and purpose hosted by Toward Maximum Independence at the luau celebration on August 24th on Shelter Island to benefit children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Having formed in 1981, TMI has grown over the years, with offices now located in San Diego, Escondido, Temecula, El Centro and Corona.

Services have expanded to include Employment Solutions, Community Living Services, Family Support Services, as well as support for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. 

Recently TMI launched their Disabled Veteran Employment Services program, and has grown from a small sole-proprietorship based out of a home office, to providing support for over 1,300 individuals.
