On October 12, 2025, Discover Magazines hosted the 6th Annual Power Women SD® celebration. The event brought together accomplished business-women and career professionals across the County. 

The Power Women SD® event is designed to spotlight and celebrate San Diego-based women who lead, innovate, and make significant contributions in business or their respective fields. Beyond recognition, the evening served as a networking platform, a chance to forge connections and celebrate collective achievements in a high-energy, elegant environment.

The evening commenced with a cocktail-style reception, featuring live entertainment to set a festive tone, catered heavy hors d’oeuvres, fashion vendors on-site, allowing guests to browse and shop, and hosted bars serving wine underlining a relaxed yet upscale vibe. 

A series of recognition awards was given to the honorees as each “Power Woman” was introduced, celebrated and received their Power Women plaque in recognition of their achievements.

The 6th Annual Power Women SD® event embodied the growing momentum behind women’s leadership in the San Diego region. It’s more than a cocktail night—it’s a platform that acknowledges achievement, fosters connection, and nurtures a community of empowered professionals. With 6 editions of the publication, there are Covers for each of our major communities within San Diego - said Covers are reserved well in advance as are the full page insertions offered to those who wish to be a Power Women Participant at our 7th Annual celebration.
