On September 18th, Promises2kids Dream On Concert Gala was held at a private estate in La Jolla overlooking the majesty of the California coastline. Each year this concert is attended by over 500 philanthropists, community, and business leaders dedicated to creating a brighter future for foster children in the San Diego community.
