On September 19th, The San Diego Sparkles Foundation brings compassion and community together to help vulnerable children build brighter futures. The volunteer-run nonprofit works with partner organizations to provide food, education, medical care and other necessities to children facing poverty and hardship, while also supporting efforts to combat human trafficking. Its mission reaches children in San Diego and abroad, helping turn the generosity of donors into practical care and support. 

That spirit of giving was at the heart of the foundation’s annual Children’s Benefit Fashion Show Luncheon at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines. The event combined a luncheon, boutique shopping, a silent auction and entertainment with a fashion show featuring community participants. Bringing together fashion and philanthropy, the gathering supported organizations serving vulnerable children and trafficking survivors—a reminder that an afternoon of style can help make a lasting difference in a child’s life.
