Women's Empowerment Summit

WOMEN'S DAY LUNCHEON

On March 8th, beginning at 10:30 am at the Morgan Run Club & Resort, the Women's Empowerment Summit hosted a luncheon celebrating our military women and others from around the globe, benefitting the youmatter-notalone non-profit organization.

The Red Carpet entry was followed by a 3 course luncheon with special guest appearances, and music by Hiroko Yashinoga, Carmelia Pittman, Tanae, and Gennine Francis.

International Women's Day is a global day celebrating social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. This is a day that also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality.

International Women's Day has occurred for more than a century with the first one gathering in 1911 supported by more than a million people. Today, IWD belongs to all groups collectively everywhere. The Women's Empowerment Summit supports this global day with an emphasis on our active military, veterans, business leaders and refugees.

This event was broadcast internationally.
