Eliza Friedman, founder and jewelry designer of Jewels With A Purpose created a unique and innovative approach that offers a stunning collection of Italian jewelry for sale by silent auction at fundraising events nationwide. Friedman began this enterprise some 13 years ago and presently is positioned on the West Coast while her partner is on the East Coast; the combination of which is helping over 200 charities raise money to support their programs.
These talented ladies continuously think outside the box and consistently create an aura of high fashion with their magnificent displays, be they at a luncheon event or an evening gala. Friedman focuses on creating results and thereby contributes more than what is typically expected at a gala event.
The company has reached a huge milestone of raising over $1 million dollars in net proceeds for their charity partners. It leaves little wonder why so many charities nationwide reach out to her in supporting their efforts. Friedman states ~ "We're just getting started and now have the potential to raise that amount much higher within 2 ~ 3 years."
This past April she chaired the "Autism Tree Project Foundation" in San Diego, hosting over 1,000 attendees at a luncheon and is currently working on a fall schedule of events that will continue to help fund the many charities with whom she is partnered.
